Cernit Soft Mix softener.

Cernit Soft Mix polymer clay softener is added to polymer clay to increase softness. Polymer clay will be softer and will take less time to mix. Does not change the color of polymer clay, but returns its original properties, allows you to save money and not throw away old plastic.

To soften hardened plastic, mix a small amount of Cernit Soft Mix into the plastic. Then knead the plastic and the Cernit Soft Mix together until a homogeneous, resilient and workable material is obtained.

The optimal ratio is 2/3 clay and 1/3 Soft Mix. The amount of softener depends on the hardness of the plastic and the desired result. If the polymer clay seems too hard for you, or has lost its softness after improper storage of an open briquette, then all is not lost: with the Cernit Soft Mix you can restore the clay to its previous properties!

Its texture resembles oily plastic to the touch and is suitable for all types of polymer clay.
